• Download Application Form from Official Website: www.szabmu.edu.pk/downloads
• Copy of Academic Certificate as mentioned in the advertisement
• Two recent Passports size photographs
• Attested Copy of the domicile
• Attested Copy of CNIC
• The candidate who applies for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post.
• The application must be submitted by courier or registered by Post. No by Hand application accepted.
• The fee for PPS (1-4) is Rs 500 and PPS (5-9) is Rs 1000.
• Government Employees apply through proper channels.
