DIRECTOR HEALTH SERVICES FATA, PESHAWAR

Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of FATA/ Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following vacant positions in various ADP (All FATA Schemes) / PSDP Schemes, Directorate of Health Services, FATA, for Agencies/FR's on
purely contract basis fixed pay package as per Federal Government's Project Policy for the project staff initially for a period ofone year, extendable on the satisfactory performance ofthe appointee till the life ofthe Project/ Scheme. Preference
will be given to candidates having FATA domicile.

TERMS 8: CONDITIONS

(1). Complete applications on plain paper along with C.Vs, recent photograph, attested copies of professional certificate; degrees, diplomas and CNIC, Domicile etc registered with Government statuary bodies, should reach the office of the

undersigned by post within 15 days of the publication of this Advertisement. (2). Candidates Serving in Government or Semi Government Organizations should apply through proper channel. (3). Incomplete/late applications shall not be

entertained. (4). Posts at serial Number 27 and 28 are based at FR Tank, FR Bannu, FR D I Khan and FR Lakki and local Candidates will be considered. (5). All the positions shall be governed under Project Policy and shall cease to exist after the

completion of the project. (6). No TA/ DA shall be admissible for Test/interview. (7). Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interviews on dates to be communicated accordingly. (8). The Original documents must be brought by the

candidate when called for interview. (9). Legal action shall be initiated against those candidates who either submit forged/fake documents or statements. (10). The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process for

any reason. (11). The appointee shall be considered as project employee and his/ her contract may be terminated at any time and they shall not be considered as Government Servant/ Civil Servant. (12). Candidates applying for more than one

position shall submit separate application clearly mentioning the serial no and name of position on the envelope applied for. (13). Three years upper age relaxation shall be given to FATA Domicile holders. (14). The requisite experience must be

post qualification after issuance ofthe relevant degree / diploma/certificate. (15). Relevant higher qualification in any category shall be preferred. (16). In case of LHS/LHWs, preference shall be given to married female candidates. (17). Error

omissions, ifany are liable to rectification by Directorate Health Services, FATA.
